ভারতের ৭৯ তম স্বাধীনতা দিবস উপলক্ষে মালদা জেলা পুলিশ এক বর্ণাঢ্য অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করেন। অনুষ্ঠানের সূচনা হয় জাতীয় পতাকা উত্তোলনের মাধ্যমে, যা সম্পন্ন করেন মালদা জেলার পুলিশ সুপার শ্রী প্রদীপ কুমার যাদব, আইপিএস। অনুষ্ঠানে মালদার অন্যান্য সিনিয়র অফিসাররাও উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
অনুষ্ঠান চলাকালীন, মালদা জেলার পুলিশ সুপার কর্তব্যে অসামান্য দক্ষতা ও নিষ্ঠা প্রদর্শনকারী অফিসারদের পদক প্রদান করেন। তাঁর বক্তব্যে তিনি মাদকাসক্তির ক্ষতি এবং সমাজে এর ভয়াবহ প্রভাব সম্পর্কে সকলকে সতর্ক করেন এবং সবাইকে একসঙ্গে মিলে একটি নিরাপদ, সুস্থ ও মাদকমুক্ত সমাজ গড়ে তোলার আহ্বান জানান।
অনুষ্ঠানের অংশ হিসেবে, মালদা জেলার পুলিশ সুপার অন্যান্য সিনিয়র অফিসারদের সঙ্গে নিয়ে জেলা সংশোধনাগার পরিদর্শন করেন এবং মিষ্টি বিতরণ করে সকলের সঙ্গে স্বাধীনতা দিবসের আনন্দ ভাগ করে নেন।
মালদা জেলা পুলিশের পক্ষ থেকে এই স্বাধীনতা দিবসে সকলকে জানাই আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন।
On the occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day, Malda District Police organised a grand celebration. The programme began with the hoisting of the National Flag by Shri Pradeep Kumar Yadav, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Malda. The event was graced by the presence of other senior officers of Malda.
During the programme, the Superintendent of Police, Malda, presented medals to officers who demonstrated outstanding efficiency and dedication in their duties. In his address, he also spoke about the dangers of drug abuse and its harmful impact on society, urging everyone to join hands in creating a safe, healthy, and drug-free community.
As part of the celebration, the Superintendent of Police, Malda, along with other senior officers, also visited the District Correctional Home and distributed sweets, sharing the joy of Independence Day with all.
